"Diamanda Galás (born August 29, 1955) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, visual artist and soprano. With her art she campaigns for AIDS education and the rights of the infected. Galás has attracted the attention of the press particularly for her voice – a soprano sfogato – describing her work as capable of the most unnerving vocal terror."

Snobbslakt - '83-'84 (320)

"Snobbslakt was formed in May 1983 by Björn 'Böna' Hansson on guitar, Micke 'Långe Micke' Persson on bass & Johan 'Sillen' Karlsson on drums. The bands first and only gig with that line-up took place after hardly 2 weeks of rehearsal. A few weeks later Sillen jumped off and instead came Anders 'Kis' Rosenqvist on drums and Micke Levin on vocals. With this setting the band had a dozen gigs in Skåne & Blekinge, and made a cassette [semi-fast Trog hardcore, 7" is midbeat punkore. --S] and a single during the years 1983-85. Then a stormy time for the band followed with various conflicts that finally resulted in a split-up in 1986." --Swedish Punk Fanzines Blog

Anenzephalia - "23" Tape 2012 (320)

"Anenzephalia was founded by a close friend of one member of Genocide Organ, and initially it was a one man project. Collaboration started when the first live concerts started, this was in 1991 when songs of Anenzephalia and Genocide Organ were played at a concert in Sweden. Wilhelm Herich of Genocide Organ is now a constant member in Anezephalia, and due to their long friendship Herich and Moloch share some ideas and ideology. So just one member of G.O. is involved in Anenzephalia, but the main work and the artwork for all releases is still done by the original founding member, B. Moloch.

Edition of 100 copies. Tracks A1 to B3 recorded in 1989 at 'Rottchamber'. This is the first Anenzephalia recording ever. Tracks B4 and B5 performed live at 'Backstage' in München in 1992. Track A3 was previously released on the 'Exploration One' compilation CD. Track B3 was previously released on the 'Projekt Neue Ordnung' compilation LP."

Zeitlich Vergelter - "Schlagen Dimension" 7" 1985

"Zeitlich Vergelter (Temporal Retribution) was active in Japan in the mid-1980s. Members were fluid except for vocalist Neu and composer Chu (Ishikawa, also composer of films for Shinya Tsukamoto and Takashi Miike). They were devoted to industrial and noise music, made full use of metal percussion, and used chainsaws and grinders. Hidemi of Sadie Sads joined as a guitarist in 1986, but they disbanded in September of the same year with a live performance of Shinjuku Loft."

Picky Picnic - "Picnic Land" Tape 1982 & "Ha! Ha! Tarachine" LP 1985 (320/256)

"The one and only Japanese twin of The Residents. Their bag of tricks includes distorted voices, puppet-like voices, coughing, sounds of children games and other things. Their releases are nowhere to be found, unfortunately, but they are still one amuzing/demented/obscure band." --Alastis 2004

"DTAL was a chaotic hardcore band formed in Landskrona in 1983 by the multi-artist Nelle (formerly in The Bristles). Angel'in Heavy Syrup - "I-IV" Discography 1991-1999

"Angel'in Heavy Syrup was a Japanese psychedelic rock band formed in 1990 in Osaka. Emerging from the Japanese noise rock scene, they were influenced by krautrock bands such as Amon Düül II, but drew primarily from psychedelic and progressive rock, resulting in their characteristic ethereal neo-psychedelic sound. After the release of their last album in 2002, the band appears to have fallen into indefinite hiatus."
