"Third Door from the Left was a project formed by Raye Calouri (of Hydra) and Kevin Thorne (of We Be Echo). Both met at a Throbbing Gristle/Cabaret Voltaire gig in 1978, inspired by that performance to join forces and create their own kind of 'music'. The result of their recordings between October 1980 and August 1981 has been astonishing and a classic of the industrial genre."
