They sound like Genocide (pre Repulsion) meets Confuse (Japan). Seeing as this tape is 28 years old, there was a lot of hiss present. I tried as best as i could to remove the excess tape noise without it cutting into the actual music. It sounds better than most rehearsal tapes from the 80s anyway.
