Toxoplasma - 1981 Demo And 1983 LP (Demo 320)

"Toxoplasma is a German punk band. Their name is derived from the infectious disease toxoplasmosis, which the singer Wally suffered from in the late 1970s. The band was founded in 1980 in Neuwied Am Rhein, Feldkirchen District, and initially consisted of Wally Walldorf, Stefan, Harry, and Markus (who was replaced by Uwe after only a few rehearsals). In 1981 they released a demo. In 1982 they were represented on the German-American sampler Underground Hits by the Berlin label Aggressive Rockproduktionen, with who they released their first album the following year. At the same time, the band went on tour through Germany with the American reggae/hardcore punk band Bad Brains. After this tour Stefan switched as drummer, but Thomas Michel joined as bassist. In 1985 Harry got out too. After further changes and failures, Toxoplasma broke up for the first time in 1986."
