"Ruido de Rabia was a thrashcore group from the Basque Country, born in Tolosa at the end of the 80s, and active until 1994. They were formed after the dissolution of Tortura Sistemátika. The original line-up was made up of Shanti Iribar (vocals), Lamberto Perurena (guitar), both ex-members of Tortura Sistemátika, along with JM Gandarias (drums) and Santi Manterola (bass), members of 'Eizen' and also ex-singer and ex-guitarist of 'Autodefensa'. A year later, Santi Manterola left the group, being replaced as bassist by Jorge Sanz, a former member of 'Bukaera'. This formation is the one that would record the famous split 'Eros versus Thanatos / Último Gobierno' (1987), shared with the Burgos hardcore group Último Gobierno and self -published by both groups. In 1988 JM Gandarias decided to leave the band, which led to a hiatus of about a year until they found a replacement in Sebas Ginger.

In 1990 there were again changes of members: the drummer Sebas Ginger and the guitarist Lamberto Perurena leave, being replaced respectively by Antonio Mateos and the original ex-bassist, Santi Manterola, this time taking charge of the guitar. This formation produced in 1991 the demo 'Pequeñas relicas de un infanticida', after which came the golden age of the band touring a large part of Spain's geography. In late 1991, the entry of a second guitarist, Pablo (ex-Dickcheese , ex-Inemboys , ex-Victim In Pain ), bolstered the band's sound.

After a year of stability, in November 1992 Santi Manterola (guitar) left the group, replaced by Iñaki (ex 'Arkhe'). This new formation – Shanti (voice), Jorge (bass), Antonio (drums), Pablo (guitar) and Iñaki (guitar) – would be the one that would record the group's last album: 'Revolución Cósmica', which was released in 1993 . The band said goodbye to the stage in 1994 at 'Alegi's Gaztetxe'. In 2007 a compilation was released, 2 CD + 1 DVD with almost all the audio and video material of the band. In 2008 a split EP of the band came out, shared with 'Venereal Disease'. From 1999-2013, two former members of Ruido de Rabia (Jorge Sanz on bass and Shanti Iribar on vocals) were part of the group 'Lobo Eléctrico'."
